Yalanzhi Objects Limited Warranty
Yalanzhi Objects™ guarantees all its products to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a duration of (…) year from the shipment date, unless specified otherwise below.
Exceptions to Yalanzhi Objects’ Limited Warranty:
· If the original purchase receipt, shipment date, or product number is unverifiable.
· If the components alleged to be flawed are not sent back for examination when requested by Yalanzhi Objects™.
· If the product isn’t held by the initial end user.
· Exclusions:
(i) products used in continuous commercial operations or 24-hour usage unless explicitly approved by Yalanzhi Objects™
(ii) items utilized for purposes they were not designed for
(iii) damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, neglect, or mishandling
(iv) improperly stored, installed, maintained, or used products
(v) use in contradiction of Yalanzhi Objects™ written instructions.
This warranty further does not cover damage due to the use of paints, solvents, chemicals, or abrasive cleaning methods.
Special Services:
Upon request, Yalanzhi Objects offers product color adjustments over time, ensuring your product remains in harmony with evolving interior aesthetics. We also provide fittings modifications and even complete reconstruction after damage, extending the lifespan and utility of our products (additional charges may apply).
This warranty is exclusive to the initial consumer and is valid only for products used under regular conditions. If a defect is found, Yalanzhi Objects™ has the right to rectify the issue at its discretion without removal or installation costs. Incorrect installation methods or inappropriate bulb wattage will render the warranty void.
