After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to follow the movement of your item.
Within Ukraine, we carry out delivery by Nova Poshta, abroad – by mutual agreement, by a local carrier at the recipient’s expense.
Return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt. A return is possible provided that the product has not been used, and its original appearance and packaging have been preserved. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping. After receiving and checking the goods, we will issue a refund.
However, we cannot accept products customized to order for you or individually designed solutions for you, so please discuss the technical requirements aspects carefully.
