WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS OBJECTIVES?
I’m so happy with the opportunity to bring my ideas to life. And when people from different parts of the world want to buy our products for their homes, this confirms that we are doing right thing. We see the mission of our brand in upholding simple but extremely important human values. It is important for us to create a product that a client wants to touch, feel, and bring home. The product will dwell in the family for a long time. Something, that one wants to take care of for years and pass on to future generations. Careful attitude towards planet starts with respect and love in the family.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEEDBACKS?
The world, technology and humanity are changing so fast, that you need to learn permanently and in different areas.
As for crafts and creativity, you just need to listen to your heart. As for business development, you have to be well aware of the current market situation and foresee the slightest changes.
The structure of our company has changed several times during the pandemic. This was driven by the complexity of recruitment, economic decline and, at some point, the complete halt in the business process.
At the moment, we are in a new round of development in the company. We undertake brand change, launch of a new collection, collaborations, development of new export markets, etc.
